Paint Protection Film (PPF)
Self-healing urethane film, computer-cut and hand-installed. Real protection for rock chips, sand blasting, and parking-lot dings.
PPF is physical armor. Where ceramic protects you from chemistry, PPF protects you from impacts: rock chips on Highway 50, sand on the way to Tahoe, and the everyday hits that take chunks out of your paint.
What's included
- Wash, decontamination, and surface prep
- Computer pattern selection for your exact vehicle
- Hand-trimmed edges where required
- Tucked edges for an invisible install

We offer partial-front, full-front, and full-vehicle packages, plus targeted protection for door cups, sills, and luggage areas. New-car installs are easiest — book before your first wash if you can.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between PPF and ceramic coating?
PPF is a physical, self-healing urethane film — it absorbs rock chips and scratches. Ceramic is a chemical coating that protects against UV, contamination, and water spots. They work best together: PPF on impact zones, ceramic everywhere else.
Will PPF yellow or peel?
Quality modern films have UV inhibitors and a manufacturer warranty against yellowing and peeling — typically 10 years. Correct installation is the deciding factor; we cut, wrap, and tuck edges so they stay invisible.
Do I need full-front or just partial?
For Sacramento commuters and Sierra trips, we usually recommend at least front bumper, partial hood, partial fenders, mirrors, and headlights. Full-front and full-vehicle wraps are available for new and high-value cars.
