The difference between a wash and a detail is in the parts you'd never think to check. That's exactly where I spend the time.
Two buckets. Zero shortcuts.
pH-neutral foam pre-soak loosens grit before anything touches paint. Then a two-bucket hand wash with grit guards, separate mitts and brushes for wheels, because grit that goes back on the mitt goes back on your clear coat. Dried panel by panel with plush microfiber, never air-blasted into water spots.
By hand, into every corner.
Full vacuum including trunk, rails and crevices, then every surface wiped down and finished by hand: dash, console, vent slats, cup-holder corners, the stitching you forgot was there. Detail brushes where cloths can't reach. Products that are safe around child seats.
Inspected under light. Proven by photo.
Every panel gets a final wipe-down under inspection light. That's how missed spots stop existing. Sealant layered on paint, tires dressed satin, not greasy. Then I text you before & after photos. Keep them; they're your record of what your car can look like.

What's your cancellation policy?
Need to cancel or reschedule? Just give me at least 12 hours' notice by text or call at (805) 590-0005. Weather reschedules are always free, whatever the timing.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
Just two small things: access to a water spigot and a standard outdoor outlet. Every tool, towel, and product is on the rig, and setup takes about two minutes. Apartment or office without easy hookups? Text me a photo of the parking spot and I'll tell you honestly if it'll work. (A fully self-contained rig with onboard water and power is on the roadmap.)
How long does a detail take?
Weekend In & Out Refresh runs about 2.5–3 hours on a sedan, longer for SUVs and trucks. You don't need to be there. Hand off the keys and get back to your day.
What areas do you serve? Any travel fees?
No travel fee in Sacramento, Elk Grove, Natomas, Rancho Cordova, and nearby neighborhoods. Folsom, Roseville, and Rocklin run $15–$25, confirmed before you book. See the city pages for local details.
How does the monthly plan work?

What if it rains?
Interior work happens rain or shine. If rain would affect the exterior, you'll get a text the day before to reschedule free, and you keep priority for the next open slot.
Can you handle pet hair, stains, and odors?
Yes: flat-priced add-ons ($40–$50). Heavy cases get confirmed by photo before the appointment, so the price never changes when I arrive. Pet hair removal is included in the Signature Deep Clean.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every job ends with a checklist walkaround. Anything missed gets fixed on the spot, or your next detail is free. It's the same owner-operator every visit, so the standard never slips.
