When you book an appointment or contact Marvani Mobile Detailing, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle details, and any notes you share — the information needed to schedule and deliver your detail.
Payments
Deposits are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and never touches our servers — we only see the payment status and amount. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
How we use your information
Solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver detailing services, process your deposit and refunds under our cancellation policy, and follow up on satisfaction. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
SMS & text-message disclosure
By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Marvani Mobile Detailing related to your appointment (confirmations, reminders, before & after photos, follow-up). Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Data retention & security
Booking records are stored in a secure database with access restricted to the owner. We retain records as long as needed to service your account and meet legal obligations, then purge them.
